Ace Attorney – Spirits of Justice: official blog launched (Japan)

Yesterday, Motohide Eshiro (Producer) launched the official blog for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice: it can be found on the game’s official website. He explains that he originally intended to launch it earlier, but because of the Golden Week holidays, he kind of forgot about it, and so it took longer than expected to set it up.

What can you expect on this blog? Messages from the developers about the game, including behind-the-scenes details, and more.

AA6 blogThe first blog post is from Motohide Eshiro (Producer), who talked about his experience at the 16th Machi Asobi event (which was held in Tokushima during the Golden Week). Both Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice and Sengoku Basara Sanada Yukimura-den were showcased there.

Motohide explained that he really enjoyed being on stage with Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Producer of Sengoku Basara Sanada Yukimura-den), perhaps even more than during the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice stage show at the Tokyo Game Show in September 2015.

People who attended the Machi Asobi event had the opportunity to try out a new demo of the game (based on the second case), and could buy various goodies usually available exclusively via the eCapcom online store.

Motohide Eshiro also explained that they’re done with the final presentation for the game (the press conference and the livestream last week, where several announcements were made). He made his team work extra hard, as seen with the Special Court Skit made specifically to introduce the DLC case.

The next blog post will be from Takeshi Yamazaki (Director). Motohide Eshiro expects him to talk about the highlights of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, and give an honest opinion about Eshiro himself.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice (3DS) comes out on June 9th in Japan, and in September in Europe and North America.
