Ace Attorney: first commercial/trailer for the anime series
Next month, the anime series based on the Ace Attorney will debut in Japan, on April 2nd at 5PM JST. It’s called Gyakuten Saiban: Sono “Shinjitsu”, Igiari! (which could be translated as “Ace Attorney: I object to that truth!”), and will be broadcast every Saturday on Yomiuri Television and Nippon Television channels).
Today, right after the latest episode of The Kindaichi Casefiles R (which is going to be replaced by the Ace Attorney anime series in April), a short trailer/commercial was aired. Said commercial is now available on the internet, via the official website.

The trailer/commercial is pretty short, but it does allow us to get a good look at the animation for the anime series. The only voice actor we get to hear is Yuuki Kaji, who voices Naruhodou Ryuichi / Phoenix Wright.
Here’s various screencaps from the official website (to be found after the break):
Unfortunately, we don’t know if the Ace Attorney anime will be streamed on services such as Crunchyroll, but there’s no doubt we should get some announcement within the next couple of weeks.
